BACON AND EGG WAFFLEWICH


Ingredients:

8 strips PUREFOODS BACON MAPLE FLAVORED
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced into 16 pc
8 pc store-bought Belgian waffles

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, fry bacon in oil and set aside. Do not discard oil.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the egg mixture in bacon oil, scrambled style.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the waffles then arrange half of cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon. Top with another waffle to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining waffles.
  4. Toast for 2-3 minutes until waffle is warm and the cheese has melted. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
