COFFEE AND PEANUT BUTTER CHAMPORADO


Ingredients:

4 cups MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp SAN MIG BARAKO 3-in-1 COFFEE
1 cup malagkit rice, washed
2 cups water
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup SKIPPY CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

Procedure:

  1. Heat milk in a pot. Stir in cocoa and coffee. Add rice and water. Cover and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until rice is tender. Adjust water as needed.
  2. Add sugar and peanut butter and mix until smooth. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve steaming hot and drizzle with milk.

Makes 8 servings.
