YULETIDE SPICED HAM RAGOUT PASTA


Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS DELI SPICED HAM
1 cup capers
1/2 kg store bought pasta sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 kg cooked fettuccine noodles
1 cup MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, grated
1 cup basil strips

Procedure:

  1. Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive oil. Add ham and capers then pasta sauce.
  2. Simmer over medium heat. Add chili flakes.
  3. Toss cooked pasta into sauce.
  4. Top with grated cheese and basil.
Makes 4 servings.
