YANG CHOW RICE TOPPING


Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS PORK TOCINO
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc small onion, chopped
3 clove garlic, chopped
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
3 cup cold cooked rice
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

1.  In a frying pan, cook tocino according to package directions. Set aside 1/3 portion. Slice remaining into 1/4” cubes. 2.     In another pan, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic. Add sliced tocino and mix well. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Cook eggs scrambled. 3.    Add mixed vegetables and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add rice then season with salt, soy sauce, sugar and white pepper. Add chopped green onions. Mix well. Top with cooked tocino before serving.
