Wrapped Tilapia Fillets With Vegetables


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper then lay on 2 separate pieces of bake paper.
  3. Top each fillet with vegetable strips then with 2 tbsp of butter.
  4. Fold the bake paper to cover top of the fillet then fold sides to seal it.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until fillets are cooked through. To serve, slice top of bake paper then squeeze lemon wedges on fillets.
