WORTH-THE-MESS HOTDOGS AND POTATOES


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup banana ketchup
1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
12 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY SWEET CORN HOTDOG

Mashed Potatoes:

4 pc potatoes, boiled, peeled and then mashed
1/4 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, softened
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE , grated
salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onions in butter in a small saucepan until soft.
  2. Add all the other ingredients except the hotdogs. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Score the hotdogs diagonally then place hotdogs together with the sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes.
To make the Mashed Potatoes
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Serve warm.
Makes 6 servings.
