Wicked Witchy Chicken Pops


  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, cayenne, calamansi juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine cornstarch and flour. Dredge chicken in mixture then deep- fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  3. Mix together sweet chili sauce, barbecue sauce and melted butter. Toss fried chicken in this mixture. Serve with garlic dip.


  • Mix all dip ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Refrigerate until ready for use.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
