TOAD IN THE HOLE


Ingredients:

4 slices PUREFOODS HONEYCURED BACON
4 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY CHICK N' CHEESE HOTDOGS
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (480 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH MAPLE SYRUP
1/2 cup water
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven or oven toaster to 350°F.
  2. Wrap a slice of bacon on a piece of hotdog. Do the same with the rest. Heat oil in a pan then fry bacon-wrapped hotdogs. Drain on paper towels. Set aside and reserve used oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix pancake with water and egg. Mix well, making sure no lumps are formed.
  4. Pour used oil in a loaf pan. Pour in pancake mixture then arrange hotdogs over batter. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Makes 4 servings.
