Tj Giant No Bread Sandwich


  1. Pan fry TJ giant in oil in a medium heat pan for 2 minutes. Set aside
  2. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and mushroom until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside
  3. Re-heat chili con carne in a sauce pot. Set aside
  4. Cut TJ giant in half but not thru and thru. Put bell pepper and mushroom mixture. Add chili con carne. Top with grated cheese.

Makes 5 servings.

Tips: You can also put PUREFOODS HONEYCURED THICK CUT BACON as a different version of layered rice.
