STUFFED EGG ROLLS


Ingredients:

350 grams MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CHICKEN SHANGHAI MIX
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hardboiled and peeled
4 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, lightly beaten
3/4 cup Japanese bread crumbs
1 cup cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. Combine shanghai mix and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  2. Dust hard boiled eggs with flour. Dip into beaten egg and roll in shanghai mix. Dip into beaten egg again then roll in breadcrumbs, gently patting the breadcrumbs in place.
  3. Deep fry eggs for 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels and serve with catsup
