STUFFED BURGER PATTIES


Ingredients:

1 (185 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1/2 cup cooking oil

PATTY:

1/2 kg MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1/2 cup finely chopped PUREFOODS VIENNA SAUSAGE
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG

Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and for a patty. Stuff each patty with a slice of cheese and cover with the meat.
  2. Pan or griddle fry patties.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
