Star Yang Chow Rice


  1. Melt Star Margarine in a pan. Saute garlic and onions.
  2. Add carrots and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly over high heat.
  3. Add luncheon meat and shrimps. Mix well and cook until shrimps turn pink.
  4. Add peas and rice. Toss. Cook for about 3 minutes stirring constantly. Add egg and spring onions. Season with salt if desired.
  5. Turn off heat then pour in sesame oil. Serve warm.
