STAR TUNA CREAM PASTA


Ingredients:

1 cup chopped white onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 (180 g) can tuna in vegetable oil, drained
1 cup whole corn kernel
2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 tbsp calamansi juice
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in margarine then add corn and tuna. Mix well.
  2. Pour cream and calamansi juice then season with salt and pepper. Toss with prepared elbow macaroni.
Makes 4 servings.
