- In a pan, stir-fry garlic with cooking oil until fragrant. Add 1/2 cup Star Margarine to add flavor.
- Season tanigue slices with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. In a plastic bag, place tanigue slices, prepared garlic and melted Star Margarine. Marinade for at least 15 minutes.
- In a non-stick pan, melt 1 tbsp Star Margarine and pan grill the tanigue slices one by one for 2-3 minutes each side at moderate heat. You can also adjust the cooking time depending on your desired result but do not overcook to keep the fish moist.
- Place tanigue steaks in a serving platter. Top with garlic and Star Margarine then serve.
Makes 3 servings.
Tip/s: Garnish with lemon slices and parsley if desired.
