STAR ALIGUE AND KANI RICE


Ingredients:

1 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
4 tbsp aligue (crab fat)
4 cups cooked rice
1 tsp calamansi juice
1 cup green onions
1 cup kani strips
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
green onions stalks, toasted garlic and kani for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine over medium heat then sauté aligue and add rice. Mix well.
  2. Add calamansi juice, spring onions and kani. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve hot in a platter topped with spring onions, toasted garlic and kani.
Makes 4 servings.
