Spicy Beef Salad-asian Style

Procedure:

  1. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Mix well. Stir in oils.
  • Blend well and set aside.
  1. Toss vegetables with dressing. Transfer to a salad bowl or individual salad plates. Top with beef strips, tofu and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
