SPICED HAM AND CHEESE PANINI

Ingredients:

4	pc	focaccia bread, sliced horizontally to open bread
3	tbsp	MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2	pc	tomatoes, sliced
1	cup	button mushrooms, sliced
1 (185 g)	pack	MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced
1 (200 g)	pack	PUREFOODS COLD CUTS SPICED HAM
2	tbsp	MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, softened

Procedure:

Spread mayonnaise on the inner sides of each bread. Place tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese and ham.
Spread butter on the surface and the bottom side of the bread. Repeat to make a total of four sandwiches.
Heat pan and pan-grill the sandwiches until outside is crispy, around 1-2 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
