SMOKED SALMON ON RYE


Ingredients:

1 (220 grams) bottle MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
24 pc rye bread slices, toasted
24 slices smoked salmon
1 pc onion, cut into rings
1/2 cup capers

Procedure:

  1. Spread cream cheese generously on bread.
  2. Top each with a slice of smoked fish.
  3. Garnish with onion rings and capers.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
