SLOPPY DOGS

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooking oil
1 pc onion, chopped
6 pc STAR HOTDOGS, sliced
1-1/2 cups sweet style tomato sauce
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
iodized fine salt, sugar and pepper to taste
8 pc pandesal
8 slices cucumber

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion and hotdogs.
  2. Add tomato sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add beaten egg and season to taste.
  4. Use as filling in pandesal with cucumber slices.
Makes 8 servings.
