SIZZLING TAPA STRIPS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1/3 cup onion rings
1/3 cup sliced green and red bell pepper
2 (300g each) packs MONTEREY TIMPLADOS BEEF TAPA, cut into strips

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a wok. Stir fry onions and bell peppers.
  2. Add tapa strips with marinade. Cook tapa strips for 10 minutes or until sauce dries up.

Makes 4-5 servings.
