SISIG AND EGG RICE


Ingredients:

1 can PUREFOODS SIZZLING DELIGHTS SISIG
2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, fried
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook sisig until dry. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt margarine. Add rice and mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to serving bowls and top with cooked sisig and fried eggs. Garnish with spring onions.

Makes 2 servings.
