- In a heavy bottomed pan, combine garlic, bagoong alamang, pork and cream.
- Simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add sili and continue simmering for another 10 minutes until meat is tender.
Makes 8 servings.
- Use fresh or store bought bagoong alamang.
- Add veggies like Baguio beans, sigarilyas, papaya or sayote to complement and extend the dish.
- Add 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry when the meat is tender to thicken the sauce if desired.
