SEXY ADOBO SALAD


Ingredients:

1 (180 g each) can PUREFOODS SEXY CHIX ADOBO, drained (reserve sauce) and flaked
3 tbsp cooking oil
100 grams store-bought mixed salad greens

ADOBO VINAIGRETTE:

reserved adobo sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp calamansi juice
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Pan-fry chicken adobo in oil until crispy for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together adobo sauce, olive oil, calamsi juice and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Arrange mix greens and adobo flakes on a platter. Drizzle with adobo vinaigrette just before serving or serve on the side.
Makes 5 servings.
