SEAFOOD SIOMAI


Ingredients:

1 kg mussels, cooked, shelled and meat coarsely chopped
1 kg clams, cooked, shelled and meat coarsely chopped
1 kg shrimps, cooked, shelled and meat coarsely chopped
1 cup crab meat
1/4 cup chopped lapu-lapu fillet
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup cubed MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
100 g wonton wrappers

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for wonton wrapper. Mix well. Wrap only a teaspoon of the mixture (approximately 10 grams) with wonton wrapper. Repeat procedure with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Steam dumplings for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
