SCARY TOOTHY APPLES

Ingredients:

6	pc	red apples, cored and quartered
2	tbsp	calamansi juice
		enough cold water to cover apples
1	bottle	MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1/2	cup	peanut butter
1	cup	mini white marshmallows

Procedure:

With a small knife, cut the inside of the apple, skin side to resemble a mouth, Do not cut all the way through.
Place apples in a bowl with calamansi juice filled with cold water. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese spread and peanut butter. Mix well until smooth.
To assemble, pat-dry apples with paper towels. With the back of a spoon, spread cream cheese filling in the mouth of the apple. Place mini marshmallows on the upper and lower lip of the apple to resemble teeth. Chill before serving.

Makes 8-10 servings.
