SAUTÉED GREEN BEANS


Ingredients:

1/2 kg green beans, ends trimmed off
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 20 seconds. Strain green beans and dip in ice water for about 5 minutes. Strain green beans again and set aside.
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté green beans for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
