SAUSAGE SKILLET RICE



Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
1 (100 g) pc green bell pepper, chopped
1 (100 g) pc red bell pepper, chopped
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS DELI HUNGARIAN CHEESE SAUSAGE, sliced
1/4 kg long grain rice, washed twice
2-1/2 cups water

Procedure:

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté bell peppers for about 2 minutes. Add sausages and cook until slightly browned.
  2. Add rice and mix until well distributed. Add water and bring to a boil, cover skillet with foil and lower heat.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.

Makes 13 servings
