SAUSAGE FETTUCINE


Ingredients:

1 BAR MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1 cup chopped white onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
6 pc PUREFOODS CHEESE FRANKS, sliced
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 kg cooked fettuccine noodles

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic.
  2. Add franks then pour in chicken stock and cream. Mix well and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer then add in half the cheese and cook until cheese has melted.
  3. Add parsley then toss in cooked pasta. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
