Salted Fish Fried Rice


  1. Melt margarine in a wok. Sauté fish and ham. Add carrots and stir in rice. Mix well.
  2. Add cabbage and egg then cook over high heat for 2 minutes more. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with spring onions.

  • Store dry rice away from moisture, heat and light. Keep in air tight containers.
  • Other than cabbage, use pechay Tagalog, Baguio pechay and Bokchoy as alternatives.
