SALAMI AND PEAS RICE


Ingredients:

1(200g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 cup chopped white onions
200 g salami, cubed
1 cup green peas
4 cups cooked rice
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 cup sliced leeks
iodized fine salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan or wok. Sauté onions until tender then add in salami and green peas.
  2. Mix in cooked rice. Make a well in the middle of the pan then add the beaten eggs.
  3. Let the eggs cook until slightly set then mix. Season with salt to taste then top with leeks before serving.

Makes 5 servings
