Russian Tea Cookies

Procedure:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a bowl, combine finely chopped nuts, flour, powdered sugar, vanilla and softened Baker’s Best margarine.
  3. Mix until well blended and crumbly.
  4. Form dough into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until set but not brown.
  6. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar while still warm.

Makes up to 30 pieces
