ROASTED CHICKEN BURRITO


Ingredients:

Rice

1/4 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1/4 cup tomato sauce
3 cups cooked rice
iodized fine salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Burrito

9 pc 6" flour tortillas
1-1/2 cups roasted MAGNOLIA CHICK N' JUICY meat, cut into chunks
1/2 cup store-bought salsa
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

Procedure:

  1. For the rice, melt margarine in a pan. Add tomato sauce and rice. Mix well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla on a clean chopping bard. Place 2 tablespoons of cooked rice, chicken, salsa and cream cheese.
  3. Fold sides of tortilla towards the center then roll to secure filling. Microwave burrito for 1 minute on high heat. Serve.

Makes 9 servings.
