ROAST CHICKEN IN TURMERIC

- Clean the chicken and make sure it is completely drained of water, then mix together all ingredients then rub inside and outside of the chicken, make sure garlic is grated.
- Bag the chicken in a ziplock bag together with all the turmeric mixture then leave it in the chiller section of the refrigerator for 4 or 5 days make sure you turn it around once in awhile.
- Cook the chicken with lemon grass inside and make sure you baste it with your turmeric marinade, cooked for an hour. Then serve.
