ROAST CHICKEN IN TURMERIC


Ingredients:

1 whole MAGNOLIA CHICKEN
.3 cup DEL MONTE VINEGAR
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp paprika
.5 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
4 clove garlic
Tanglad or lemongrass

Procedure:

  1. Clean the chicken and make sure it is completely drained of water, then mix together all ingredients then rub inside and outside of the chicken, make sure garlic is grated.
  2. Bag the chicken in a ziplock bag together with all the turmeric mixture then leave it in the chiller section of the refrigerator for 4 or 5 days make sure you turn it around once in awhile.
  3. Cook the chicken with lemon grass inside and make sure you baste it with your turmeric marinade, cooked for an hour. Then serve.
