  1. Place soup stock in a casserole and let boil.
  2. Add salt, chicken powder and soya oil.
  3. Then add the shark’s fin, bamboo pith, and shredded chicken.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch and add a drop of sesame oil and shaoshing wine.
