PUREFOOODS SPICY HAM WRAPS IN TAMARIND VINAIGRETTE DRESSING


Ingredients:

1 head salad greens, torn into pieces
1 pc red radish, sliced thinly
1 (200 grams) pack PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS SPICED HAM
1 (15 grams) bunch chives, blanched
1 cup cubed assorted dried fruits

Vinaigrette

1 cup tamarind puree
1 cup cane vinegar
1 cup grape seed oil*

Procedure:

  1. Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until well-blended. Set aside.
  2. Wrap salad greens and red radish slices with a slice of spicy ham shaped like a cone.
  3. Tie with chives and sprinkle with dried fruits. Drizzle with tamarind vinaigrette.
