PUREFOODS TJ HOTDOG COILS

Ingredients:

9	pc	barbecue sticks
9		PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS REGULAR

OPTIONAL

1	pc	medium green bell pepper, sliced
9	pc	pineapple chunks

BARBECUE SAUCE

3/4	cup	banana ketchup
1/2	cup	water
2	tbsp	vinegar
1	tbsp	chili sauce

4

pc

marshmallows

Procedure:

Skewer bell pepper, pineapple and hotdog.
Slice hotdog about 1/8 inch starting from the tip, forming a coil. Stretch to allow space between. Set aside.
Combine all the sauce ingredients and brush on hotdogs. Grill serve hot with marshmallows.
