PUREFOODS LUMPIANG UBOD


Ingredients:

1 cup PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, sliced
.25 cup cooking oil
4 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1 medium onion, chopped
.5 cup shrimps, sliced
.5 cup garbanzos
2 cup Baguio beans, sliced thinly
1 carrot, sliced
2 cup ubod, sliced
.25 cup cooking oil
25 lettuce leaves
25 lumpia wrapper

SAUCE:

.5 cup sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup broth
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch (dispersed in 3 tbsp water)
1 head garlic, minced
peanuts, coarsely ground

Procedure:

  1. Saute garlic, onion, shrimps, and garbanzos.
  2. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ham, baguio beans, carrotand ubod.
  4. Cover until vegetables are cooked.
  5. Allow to cool and strain.
  6. Place on lumpia wrapper lined with lettuce leaves.
  7. Sauce:
    1. Combine first 5 ingredients and boil.
    2. Before removing from heat add garlic.
    3. Pour sauce on top of lumpia and sprinkle with ground peanuts.
