Purefoods Lumpiang Ubod


  1. Saute garlic, onion, shrimps, and garbanzos.
  2. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ham, baguio beans, carrotand ubod.
  4. Cover until vegetables are cooked.
  5. Allow to cool and strain.
  6. Place on lumpia wrapper lined with lettuce leaves.
  7. Sauce:
    1. Combine first 5 ingredients and boil.
    2. Before removing from heat add garlic.
    3. Pour sauce on top of lumpia and sprinkle with ground peanuts.
