Purefoods Fiesta Ham With Tropical Glaze


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Coat ham surface with sugar. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until sugar has caramelized. While baking, brush occasionally with prepared glaze.
  3. Glaze:
    Melt sugar in a saucepan. When sugar has dissolved, add fruit juices. Cook over moderate heat until mixture has thickened. Stir in butter and pineapple chunks and remove from heat. Serve with ham.
