Purefoods Fiesta Ham With Apple Chips And Honey-mustard Glaze


  1. Pre-heat oven to 320 degrees F. Remove the core of the apple and slice thinly using a mandoline. Toss apples in lemon juice to keep it from browning. Set aside. To prepare glaze: simply combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Using a basting brush, spread all the glaze all over the ham. Cover the ham with apple slices and secure using the cloves. Apply another coating of the glaze. Place inside the ham in a pre-heated oven, uncovered, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the ham from oven and baste once or twice during the baking process. Apples should turn golden or caramelized. Serve immediately.
