PUREFOODS CHUNKEE CORNED BEEF NILAGA


Ingredients:

1 pc beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 4 cups water
1 tbsp whole peppercorns
2 (200 g each) pc medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (200 g each) pc medium carrot, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (380 g) can PUREFOODS CHUNKEE CORNED BEEF
iodized fine salt to taste
1 pc small cabbage, cut into quarters

Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan, combine beef stock, peppercorns, potatoes and carrots.
  2. Allow mixture to boil and continue to cook until potatoes and carrots are tender.
  3. Add corned beef and cook for 3 more minutes. Season with salt to taste. Turn off heat and add cabbage.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
