Potato Bread

Procedure:

  1. Combine 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes in a milk, water and margarine.
  3. On low speed, gradually beat potato mixture into dry ingredients. Add eggs, beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time to form a soft dough.
  5. Cut and form into desired shapes form. Let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes.
