PIZZA ROLL


Ingredients:

3/4 cup MAGNOLIA MAYONNAISE
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
1 cup catsup
1 pack breadcrumbs
3 packs sweet style pizza sauce
5 pc red and green bell pepper strips
2 bars MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT, cut in lengthwise to make 24 slices
12 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, cut in half
1 pack loaf bread
6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp ground pepper
cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. Place the bread into a flat surface and use a rolling pin to make it flat. Set aside.
  2. Spread a half tbsp of pizza sauce on the bread and put the first 3 ingredients.
  3. Roll the pizza, seal it with a beaten egg to stay in the roll.
  4. Dip it in beaten eggs and roll it in bread crumbs.
  5. After putting all the ingredients in the bread, place it on a tupperware and put in a freezer for 1 day. (This will help make your roll to become crispy.)
  6. The next day, prepare a wok with hot oil, and fry the pizza roll on it.
  7. Fry until the roll becomes golden brown.
  8. Serve it immediately with sauce.
