PIZZA LONGANISA


Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pack Filipino or sweet style tomato sauce
1 pc 8" pizza crust
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1 (30 g) pc green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 (30 g) pc red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 (30 g) pc onion, thinly sliced
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS HAMONADO LONGANISA, cooked and crumbled or chopped

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust. Top with half of cheese, red and green bell peppers, onions and longanisa. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
