PIZZA JAFFLES


Ingredients:

4 pc ciabatta bread
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 can button mushrooms, sliced and sauteéd
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1/4 cup diced and sauteéd green and red bell peppers
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Split each ciabatta bread into 2.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on the slices.
  3. Top with cheese slices then arrange the toppings on the bread with the pizza sauce then with more cheese slices. Top with the other piece of bread.
  4. Toast jaffles in oven or oven toaster until cheese melts and bread turns light brown. Serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
