PEACHES AND BERRY ALA MODE

Ingredients:

1	can	peaches, drained and diced
5	pc	strawberries, halved
2	scoops	MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC STRAWBERRY
2	scoops	MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
1	tbsp	almond slivers
2	pc	store-bought brownies
1	pc	mint

STRAWBERRY COULIS:

1/4	cup	chopped strawberries
1/4	cup	water
1/4	cup	sugar

Procedure:

Arrange peach and strawberries in an ice cream bowl. Top with ice cream. Drizzle strawberry coulis on top then sprinkle almonds. Arrange brownies on one side then garnish with mint.
Strawberry coulis: Boil strawberries, sugar and water. Puree in a blender, transfer to a squeeze bottle then chill.

Makes 2 servings.
