PATATIM CUAPAO


Ingredients:

3 pc store-bought cuapao dough
6 pc mustard leaves
1 (260 g) pack PUREFOODS MOM'S KITCHEN PATATIM VARIANT
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped and mixed with
1/4 cup brown sugar

Procedure:

  1. Steam cuapao dough for 3-5 minutes to re-heat.
  2. Arrange mustard leaves on cuapao dough then divide patatim meat pieces among the cuapaos.
  3. Sprinkle sugar and peanut mixture over the sandwiches.
  4. Serve immediately.
