PASTA AGLIO OLIO


Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup garlic, chopped
1/4 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, cubed
1/4 kg cooked tagliatelle pasta or pasta of choice
2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
iodized fine salt to taste
1/2 cup arugula leaves

Procedure:

1. In a pan over medium heat, combine olive oil and garlic. Cook garlic until slightly brown in color. Add ham.
2.Toss in the pasta, chili flakes, cheese and nuts. Season with salt to taste.
3.Turn off heat then top pasta with fresh arugula leaves.

Makes  4 servings.
