PAPRIKA CREAM CHICKEN


Ingredients:

6 pc MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION THIGH FILLETS
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted
2 pc medium red onions, sliced into rings
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp paprika

Procedure:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream and vinegar. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter then sauté onions and garlic until tender. Season with paprika and add chicken. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add cream mixture and stir well.  Lower heat and let simmer. Turn chicken and cook for another 3 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
