MUSHROOM AJILLO


Ingredients:

1/2 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 (200 g each) can button mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tsp hot sauce

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan. Sauté garlic but do not brown.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Flavor with seasoning and hot sauce.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
