MONTEREY STEAKS WITH SOUTHWESTERN RUB


Ingredients:

2 pc MONTEREY SIRLOIN STEAK

RUB:

1/8 tsp garlic powder
pinch chili powder
1/8 tsp dried oregano leaves
pinch cumin

Procedure:

  1. Combine all rub ingredients.
  2. Season steaks with rub.
  3. Grill to desired doneness.
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
